GardaWorld is currently hiring an Office Manager for our Security Services Division business line.

 

Job description

Reporting to the Director, Business Administration and Compliance.  

 

Your Duties will include:

  • Supports all administrative duties in the office and ensures that the office locations are operating efficiently.
  • Handles purchasing and maintenance of all general office supplies and equipment, while maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Perform reception duties: including greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including property management, cleaning, parking and security services for designated offices.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like meetings, celebrations, conferences and travel.
  • Responsible for tracking of branch expenditures and other financial reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
  • Responsible for break relief and reception coverage, as required.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including creating reports, doing research and specials projects.
  • Handles all matters with confidentiality. 

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ year of administration experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong task and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and effective in a team setting and individually.
