Portfolio Scheduler Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Manage employee book-offs and secure suitable replacement personnel to maintain operational coverage
- Create and maintain employee schedules using management software
- Ensure all open shifts are filled while minimizing overtime costs
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Portfolio Directors, clients, and security personnel to address scheduling and staffing needs
- Administer schedule changes and staffing adjustments as required
- Monitor employee safety and operational compliance programs
- Escalate operational concerns, customer complaints, and service issues as required
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and operational documentation
- Participate in projects and initiatives that support the objectives of the Operations Centre
Portfolio Scheduler Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must have atleast High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, workforce coordination, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work Weekend, 12-hour shifts
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
