As a GardaWorld After-Hours Portfolio Scheduler in Toronto, you will oversee a defined portfolio of customers and accounts and ensure that quality service and overall accuracy is being provided to customers, both internally and externally. You will also be responsible for the overall control and reduction of overtime, non-billable costs, and open hours.
Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, you will work collaboratively with Account Managers, Portfolio Directors, and Recruiting to create and maintain the site schedule.

What does a Portfolio Scheduler at GardaWorld do?

Set up of customers in WinTeam and Gsked

Maintain an assigned portfolio of customers/accounts

Fills all open shifts with the proper classification of guard

Confirm and approve billing and payroll for assigned portfolio

Investigate and resolve reported pay discrepancies

Maintain staffing requirements and extra coverage

Control the overall reduction of OT, training, and other non-billable costs

Sets up all new coverage orders in WinTeam and Gsked

Administer coverage change orders and cancellations
Qualifications to become a Portfolio Scheduler in Toronto
- 1 to 2 years previous Scheduling experience is preferred

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong customer service experience

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience, specifically Excel
-
Available to work on weekends
