Regional Sales Executive

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, Retail & Cash Automation, the Regional Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in both new and existing clients. A successful candidate is one that thrives in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment. The Regional Sales Executive must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with business development partners, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Your Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through phone outreach and in-person meetings with prospective clients
- Maintain and expand existing accounts by strengthening client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Compile responses to RFPs
- Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects
- Take initiative to achieve professional/organizational goals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Other duties as assigned
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in Sales
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets
- Experience responding to RFPs, especially municipal, state, and federal government
- Strong phone presence and dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to demonstrate innovative, forward and creative thinking
- Excellent problem-solving skills
