What does a Security Dispatcher in Downtown Toronto do?

• Oversee communications in selected geographic areas 

• Confer with customers or employees in a supervisory capacity  

• Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities 

• Record and maintain data and dispatch information 

• Notify staff of road or traffic problems 

• Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner

Qualifications to become a Security Dispatcher in Downtown Toronto

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent 

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License

• WSIB approved CPR

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a security dispatcher 

• Have a good command of  English 

• Be available to work a flexible schedule  

• Be eligible to work in Canada
