What does a Site Supervisor in Toronto do?
• Organise and adjust scheduling as needed for maximum optimization
• Lead Inspections and audits
• Lead and partake in Emergency response at the site
• Coordinate response and delegation of responsibilities
• Daily contact with client and customer service to ensure expectations are being met
• De-escalation and appropriate response while maintaining a high level of situational awareness
• Apply critical thinking to find effective solutions to complex issues that arise
• Developing and coaching guards to achieve their maximum potential
• Preparing detailed reports for management ensuring accuracy at all times
• Patrolling premises to ensure safety and mitigate potential risks
Qualifications to become a Site Supervisor
• Valid Ontario Security Guard license
• Current CPR-C standard certificate as issued by a WSIB-recognized provider
• 3 years experience in a similar capacity, in the security industry
• Ability to meet healthcare immunization requirements
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Available and willing to work continental, rotating shifts, including weekends
