Security Intake Coordinator

The Security Intake Coordinator will be located at our client location in Burlington, ON.  The site has limited public transit access however, parking available.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of computers including proficient in Microsoft office platform
  • Prior call centre or security operations centre experience an asset
  • Comfort receiving telephone calls & collecting the vital information
  • Excellent communication & time management skill sets
  • Keen observer with attention to details & incident investigation
  • Calm demeanor

 

Job Duties

  • Monitoring CCTV across multiple national locations focussing on asset management & its reporting issues related to its condition
  • Video analytics Tracking and monitoring
  • Capturing, downloading & retaining video for storage
  • Various surveillance detail projects management
  • Coordinating mobile dispatch with responding agency
  • Electronic escalations through email as per standard operating procedures
  • Alarm notification & necessary tracking
  • Managing inbound calls, interacting with customers, internal stake holders, various law enforcement agencies etc.
  • Daily tracking & reporting of activity
  • Investigate violations of the standard operating procedures
  • Escalating & reporting incidents in a timely fashion as per standard operating procedures

Pay Rate - $ 17.00 per hour

Working hours

  • Between 8:00 PM to 11:00 AM seven days/week including the weekends, based on the schedule prepared by the site supervisor
  • Attendance will be required for Monthly Staff meeting scheduled
