Ready to suit up as a Tactical Event Security Supervisor

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong interpersonal skills are your greatest strengths.

As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

Schedule : Minimum 4 shifts a week ,Location :Various locations in Toronto GTA

Responsibilities for a Tactical Event Security Supervisor

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Check identification and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

Qualifications for a Tactical Event Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification - required
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift 
• Minimum 1 year of Tactical Security Experience
• Minimum 1 year of Supervisory Experience
• Minimum 2 years of Event Security Experience (or equivalent combined experience)
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to respond to operational requirements on short notice
• Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service excellence
