Senior Coordinator Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction 
• Lead Supervisors, and frontline security staff across multiple locations 
• Oversee daily operations and ensure 24/7 service delivery through coordination with the Control Centre 
• Monitor key performance indicators such as open shifts, sub usage, and overtime 
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, and Billing teams to maintain seamless operations 

Senior Coordinator Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, ideally in a 24/7 service environment
• Prior supervisory/team leadership experience
• Client management and account retention experience
• Strong communication and delegation abilities 
• Excellent organizational and priority-setting skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/disptach systems
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressue
• Understanding of ULC and ISO compliance processes
• Familiarity with payroll, staffing, and ovetime management
• Knowledge of KPI reporting and performance metrics
• Experience with policy/procedure development and auditing
• Ability to work in various settings, willingness to work in varying weather conditions, & availability for occasional after-hours intervention
