GardaWorld is seeking an experienced and highly organized Security Coordinator to support security operations at a large, high-profile campus environment. This role is responsible for coordinating daily security activities, delegating tasks to onsite personnel, and ensuring service excellence in alignment with operational plans and client expectations.

The Security Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Site Security Manager, overseeing supervisory and guarding tasks, and ensuring seamless execution of security programs across the location.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide all supervisory and security services as required under the site’s operational plan.

• Delegate tasks to security personnel across the campus and ensure completion of all responsibilities.

• Support the Site Security Manager by coordinating operations and implementing direction at the ground level.

• Oversee the execution of guarding and supervisory functions to maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Collaborate with site leadership and team members to ensure compliance with GardaWorld policies and client standards.

• Monitor daily activities and provide reporting as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security supervision at a large or complex site (required)

• Valid provincial Security Guard Licence and First Aid/CPR certification (required)

• Strong leadership and delegation skills with the ability to oversee teams effectively

• Solid understanding of security processes, protocols, and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and adapt to changing operational needs
