We are seeking an accomplished Vice President, Operations to lead a large, multi-site operation and drive continued growth, operational excellence, and business performance across Ontario.
This executive role is responsible for shaping strategy, leading operational execution, strengthening client relationships, and developing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of leading large-scale operations, managing complex business portfolios, and delivering sustainable results.

As Vice President, Operations, you will:
- Partner with senior executives to execute strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
- Lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the Ontario business.
- Drive business growth, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
- Use data, innovation, and operational best practices to improve performance and scalability.

- Proven success managing financial performance and business growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing key client relationships.
