What Your Days Will Look Like
• Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital outreach, and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects throughout the Lower Mainland.
• Identify opportunities within key industries, including construction, commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, property management, and light industrial.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer operations, challenges, and security requirements.
• Present ECAM's intelligent security solutions, including live video monitoring, AI-powered surveillance, and Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs).
• Prepare proposals, negotiate solutions, and move opportunities efficiently through the sales cycle.
What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, prospecting, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented with a passion for new business development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing sales team.
• Valid British Columbia driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
