GardaWorld is always looking for Management Professionals for our Security Services business line based out of our Vancouver office. This role provides you with leadership responsibilities over all issues in your assigned client portfolio with a focus on delivering a high level of service and being a liaison for GardaWorld team and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maximizing customer retention by driving and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Validating corrective action for complaints, responding to escalated inquiries/requests quickly and professionally, while adding value at every opportunity, while documenting in accordance with corporate policy
- Ensuring customer expectations and contractual requirements are translated into operating instructions
- Facilitating activities related to new account start-ups and closeouts
- Ensuring and documenting that each site is fully staffed with trained, equipped and motivated personnel who can routinely execute on the customer’s mandate
- Driving corrective action and organizational engagement on any site specific operational or disservice issue, per requirements under our corporate standards
- Reviewing reports applicable to the business including overtime reports, account requirements, staffing updates, license status to manage portfolios
- Completing Standing Orders, Site Hazard Assessments, and ensuring client files are updated annually
- Coordinating with union representatives on personnel related matters as required
Qualifications And Experience Requirements
- 2 + years of Client Management experience
- Previous professional experience in the security industry is a definite asset
- Post secondary education in a security related field is an asset
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or other relevant designations are a definite asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours to meet business demands
- Clean criminal background
- Valid Drivers license and reliable vehicle to travel to designated sites
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Salary 60K-80K
