Field Manager / Ops Coordinator- Mobile Division

You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Mobile division. Pay Rate: Starting at $25

Schedule: Part-time (Night shift)

Location: Vancouver

What to expect as a Field Manager:

• Oversee daily mobile operations in conjunction with the leadership team
• Prepare and create relevant documents for distribution including briefs, reports, investigations, follow-ups, etc.
• Coordinate support for static security operations based on division resources and taskings
• Communicate with regional and national level resources to coordinate special patrols and coverages when requested
• Drives division culture and energy to foster an environment of excellence and growth
• Assist the Mobile Division Manager with OHS and disciplinary investigations when required
• Act as a first line of quality control to ensure high levels of client service and satisfaction
• Provide emergency response resources during critical incidents and emergent challenges

Successful Candidate have the Following :

• Minimum 1-3 years of security related supervisory experience
• Valid BC Security Guard license
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
• High level of deportment and professionalism
• AST Security Guard License Preferred
• First Aid & CPR Certification Preferred
• Experience Managing a Unionized Environment Preferred 
• Experience in Mobile Security Preferred
