Why This Role Matters
ECAM’s rapid expansion across Canada demands a high-octane “revenue accelerator” based in Vancouver. You’ll be our first dedicated Inside Sales & Deal-Desk Specialist—equal parts hunter, deal-processor, and subject-matter expert (SME). Your mission: turbo-charge pipeline creation in every province except Ontario & Quebec while shortening our “closed-won-to-deployment” cycle for field reps. Think of yourself as the conductor keeping Canada’s sales engine running on time and in tune.

What You Bring
- Sales DNA: 1-3 years in SDR/BDR, inside sales, or deal-desk roles—preferably B2B tech, SaaS, or security solutions.
- Tool Mastery: Power-user in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, opportunity flows) and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Analytical Grit: You love turning raw data into actionable go-to-market insights.
- Process Swagger: Obsessive about checklists, SLAs, and “getting the paperwork right the first time.”
- Communication Game: Clear, concise, and persuasive—whether on a discovery call or summarizing market trends for executives.
- Self-Starter Energy: Comfortable owning a target, prioritizing tasks, and asking for help only after you’ve dug for the answer yourself.
- Team Chemistry: Empathy for field reps, curiosity toward ops, and zero ego in a diverse, fast-growing environment.
The Logistics
- Location: Vancouver (Langley HQ). Hybrid after 90 days—2–3 days/week in-office for coaching, collaboration, and culture.
- Travel: Occasional (< 10 %) for trade shows or strategic client on-sites.
- Reporting Line: Direct to VP Sales – Canada; dotted-line to Director of Sales Support
