We are looking for a Mobile Supervisor in our Mobile Division to join our growing Garda World team and play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our security personnel. Salary: $21.00/hr

Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Training and Development – The mobile Supervisor will train new mobile officers and follow-up with regular mobile staff to better improve our performance
• Patrols/alarms Overview – The supervisor will constantly check on a mobile officer’s patrol run-sheet during their shift. The supervisor can reassign or cover patrols & Alarms if/when needed.
• Transports/Deliveries – The supervisor can help and assist with transports if/when needed. Same as with deliveries and drop-offs for uniforms or any equipment needed for a coverage.
• Site visits for Supervisor site inspections & Hazard Assessments – The supervisor can visit any static site whenever available to conduct SSI’s to static guards and even mobile officer’s during their shifts. The supervisor is expected to attend a static/mobile site including an ADHOC site for a short-term Hazard Assessment completion.
• Reports Directly to the Mobile Manager.

Successful Candidate have the Following

• Minimum of 3 years of security related supervisory experience
• Valid BC Security Guard license
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
• High level of deportment and professionalism
• AST Security Guard License Preferred
• First Aid & CPR Certification Preferred
• Experience Managing a Unionized Environment Preferred 
• Experience in Mobile Security Preferred
