As a Mobile Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Mobile Security Guard

• Ensure mobile security operations are maintained on a daily basis
• Oversee training of mobile security staff and ensure procedures are understood and followedImplement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Supervise and support mobile guards during patrols, alarm responses, and site checks
• Coordinate and delegate daily tasks to mobile guards to ensure effective coverage
• Provide assistance to static sites when required
• Act as a point of contact for clients, engaging via phone and/or in person as needed
• Monitor performance and address operational issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with safety, reporting, and service requirements
• All other related duties

Qualifications for Mobile Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid BC security license
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
• Minimum of 3 years of security related supervisory experience
• First aid certification ( OFA 1 ) - Mandatory 
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience Managing a Unionized Environment Preferred 
• Experience in Mobile Security Preferred
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
• High level of deportment and professionalism
