Responsibilities for Mobile Security Supervisor

Ensure mobile security operations are maintained on a daily basis

Oversee training of mobile security staff and ensure procedures are understood and followedImplement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Supervise and support mobile guards during patrols, alarm responses, and site checks

Coordinate and delegate daily tasks to mobile guards to ensure effective coverage

Provide assistance to static sites when required

Act as a point of contact for clients, engaging via phone and/or in person as needed

Monitor performance and address operational issues in a timely manner

Ensure compliance with safety, reporting, and service requirements
- All other related duties
Qualifications for Mobile Security Supervisor
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid BC security license
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
- Minimum of 3 years of security related supervisory experience
- First aid certification ( OFA 1 ) - Mandatory
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience Managing a Unionized Environment Preferred
- Experience in Mobile Security Preferred
- Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
- High level of deportment and professionalism
