As the Lead Concierge Security Guard, you will play a key role in protecting and representing one of the world's most prestigious and globally recognized organizations. Combining exceptional concierge service with proactive security leadership, you will help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, executives, VIP guests, and visitors.
As the face of the site, you will serve as the first point of contact, delivering world-class customer service while upholding the highest standards of security and professionalism. You will expertly manage high-profile and VIP arrivals with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail, anticipating needs and creating a seamless experience. Through proactive patrols, risk identification, employee engagement, and strong attention to detail, you will help prevent incidents before they occur while fostering a positive workplace experience. Leading by example, you will support day-to-day security operations and build trusted relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities for Premier Corporate Security Guard

Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience, assisting employees and visitors with directions, building information, accessibility support, and general inquiries.

Serve as a concierge for employees and executives, building strong relationships and supporting daily operations.

Manage VIP arrivals discreetly, anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional service.

Monitor CCTV systems, respond to incidents, and review footage to support investigations and reporting.

Conduct proactive security patrols, identify and mitigate safety and security risks, and document corrective actions.

Lead Security Guards in day-to-day operations, ensuring professional and timely service.

Support access control and visitor management, including badges, turnstiles, door alarms, and tailgating prevention.

Partner with Facilities, IT, HR/P&C, and Front Desk teams to address security concerns and operational needs.

Assist with emergency response, drills, medical incidents, and first aid coordination.

De-escalate challenging situations, triage requests, and ensure timely, accurate incident reporting.
Qualifications for Premier Corporate Security Guard

Authorized to work in Canada.

Valid BC Security Worker License.

Intermediate First Aid Certification (OFA2) - Required

2+ years of experience in security, concierge, hospitality, or customer service.

Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with CCTV monitoring, access control, visitor management, and incident reporting.

Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic phone/computer systems.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to pass a criminal record check.
