Responsibilities for Bank Security Guard

• Monitor and manage access to the bank premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry
• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as required, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining professionalism
• Conduct regular patrols of the bank premises, including interior and exterior areas, to deter suspicious activities and ensure the safety of employees and customers
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, following established protocols
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in detailed and accurate reports for record-keeping and review
• Handle conflicts or confrontations calmly and effectively, prioritizing de-escalation and safety
• Adhere to the bank's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all security regulations to maintain a secure environment

Qualifications for Bank Security Guard

• A valid BC Security License

• Available to work flexible hours 

• Have a clear criminal background 

• Be eligible to work in Canada
