Responsibilities for Site Supervisor

• Implement procedures and policies for security operations 
• Maintain protection systems for fire, theft, and other events 
• Ensure the availability of emergency equipment 
• Make suggestions to improve and optimize the security service 
• Prepare and provide daily briefing to staff starting shifts
• Prioritizes, direct and supervise staff, respond to incidents as needed
• Provide operational direction to staff responding to any occurrences onsite
• Conduct patrols of campus area to ensure the quality of the operation
• Identify potential security and safety issues hazards
• Training for new staff
• Other duties as assigned by the Account Manager.

Qualifications for Site Supervisor

• 1 to 3 years experience in personnel management in a unionized environment 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills  

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook 

• Valid BC Security License 

• Have a clean criminal record  

• Be eligible to work in Canada
