Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors in campus environmnet
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to legally work in Canada
• Hold a valid BC security worker license 
• Intermmediate First aid certification (OFA2) - an asset (but not required) 
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
