Ready to suit up as a Federal Security Supervisor

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to lead with confidence, stay alert, assess your surroundings, recognize potential risks and make sound decisions when situations change. Your leadership, communication, attention to detail and ability to remain composed under pressure will be key to your success.

As a Federal Security Supervisor, you’ll take on a dynamic leadership role supporting security operations across a variety of environments and situations throughout Vancouver Island. No two deployments are necessarily the same — you may be responsible for supervising security personnel, overseeing designated areas, controlling access, monitoring activity, maintaining operational standards and ensuring your team is prepared to respond professionally to changing situations.

This is an opportunity for experienced security professionals looking to take their career beyond traditional static security and into a leadership position. You’ll work in an environment where professionalism, vigilance, communication, accountability and strong decision-making truly matter.

You’ll collaborate with operational personnel, provide direction and support to your team, respond to changing environments and play an important role in maintaining safe and secure areas during critical events. The position may involve day, evening, overnight, weekend and emergency deployments, making flexibility, reliability and leadership essential.

If you thrive in environments where every shift can be different, your leadership and observations matter, and your ability to guide a team contributes to a larger operation, this could be the opportunity for you.
