Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. 

Location: 85 Frederick St, Kitchener.

Pay rate : $20.29

What does a Security Guard in Waterloo do?

  • Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property 

  • Patrols

  • Metal Detector

  • CCTV Monitoring 

  • Alarm Response 

  • Monitor access of entryways and exit points 

  • Conduct preventive surveillance rounds  

  • Point of contact with authorities and emergency services 

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Waterloo

  • A valid security guard license and first aid card 

  • Have a clear criminal background (Police clearance is required )

  • Use of Force is an asset

  • Be eligible to work in Canada 

  • Must have lived in Canada for over + 5 years due to necessary clearances which are required for the site
