Position: Security Guard, Industrial

Location: 5550 Maplewood Drive, Windsor

Hourly Pay Rate: $15.50 to start $19.10 when fully trained on site

What does a Security Guard in Windsor do?

• Logging commercial vehicles and visitors on site, providing access control,

• Good communications skills and computer skills,

• Interior and Exterior patrols 

• Mobile Supervisory & Alarm response patrols on foot and in mobile patrol vehicle 

• Enforce property rules,

• Deter and respond to incidents on property

• Maintain a presence to ensure the safety and security of all persons on site

• Communicate regularly with patrons/clients

• Complete reports and memo book entries on a regular basis

• Respond to various types of emergencies (fire alarms/ medical emergencies)

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Windsor

• A valid security guard license and first aid card 

• Available to work flexible hours 

• Have a clear criminal background 

• Be eligible to work in Canada
