Account Manager for Health Care Portfolio

We are looking to add to our Security Services team an Account Manager for Health Care Security Services  based in Manitoba.

 

Your mandate:

Reporting to the Branch General Manager; you will be responsible for enhancing & retaining a high-profile portfolio of accounts through interactive solutions. The incumbent of the position must demonstrate professionalism in the management of clients; be an effective communicator; be knowledgeable of security/risk management concepts and application processes and display a high level of professional and ethical conduct in all interactions with the client, other potential customers and employees.

 

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the client relationship to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as ensuring services are performed to specifications of contract   
  • Establish and nurture an ongoing productive relationship with the client representative, ensuring that lines of communication are open & maintained
  • Acquire an understanding of the client’s business and operating processes in order to identify and recognize the client’s security requirements and offer cost-effective solutions to those needs
  • Build a healthy and productive work environment
  • Maintain a relationship with the GardaWorld employees at the client’s site ensuring their performance and their engagement are at a high level

 

 

Your profile:

 

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service related management role
  • Experience in the security industry and the health care industry will be an asset
  • Proficiency with the Office Suite
  • Superior written & verbal communication skills
  • Be responsible and have strong leadership ability 
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a strong customer service orientation
  • Eager to be a game changer and have a willingness to be a part of the solution
