Responsibilities for Concierge and foot patrol Security guard ?

• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Performing exterior  Foot  Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
• Deter criminal activity
• Engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures
• Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
• Provide Excellent customer service.

Qualifications for Concierge and foot patrol Security guard ?

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Tactical experience ( Asset)
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to work Afternoon shifts
• Must be able to work outside
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
