As a Corporate Security Supervisor , there is a high focus on customer service and uninterrupted Security operations , since you will be leading a team of Security guards and ensure seamless security operations for your site. You will be working with people all shift, in a high-profile Corporate environment

Responsibilities for Corporate Security Supervisor
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by planning, directing, and ensuring smooth site operations, including access control at entry and exit points.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security procedures and policies while ensuring compliance with property regulations and city by-laws.
- Maintain and monitor protection systems for fire, theft, disasters, and emergency equipment readiness.
- Create site schedules, track staff training, and maintain good staff relationships to support effective operations.
- Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols (stairwells, hallways, and common areas) to establish presence, lock identified doors, and maintain order.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing complaints from visitors or staff with proper response and corrective action.
- Observe, report, and document issues, deficiencies, or incidents through daily reports, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Safeguard client assets against theft, assault, and other safety risks while monitoring CCTV daily.
- Offer recommendations to improve and optimize security services for better efficiency and protection.
- Act as first contact for emergency responders and ensure clear communication and coordination during incidents.
Qualifications for Corporate Security Supervisor
- Authorized to work in Canada.
- Hold a valid Manitoba Security License.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred; asset).
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor in a high-profile site (asset).
- 1–3 years of personnel management experience in a unionized environment.
