Join our growing Residential Security Solutions team.
We are currently seeking motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help homeowners protect what matters most through industry-leading security, video surveillance, smart home, and monitoring solutions. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role is ideal for driven individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and controlling their income through performance-based earnings.

Door-to-Door Sales Representative Responsibilities
• Generate new business through residential canvassing and neighborhood outreach.
• Build relationships with homeowners and identify their security needs.
• Educate customers on security systems, smart home technology, video surveillance, and monitoring services.
• Conduct in-home consultations and recommend customized security solutions.
• Present pricing, promotions, financing options, and service plans.
• Prepare quotes, address customer objections, and close sales.
• Coordinate installation appointments and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
• Generate referrals and build long-term relationships within the community.
• Follow all company policies, sales procedures, and local solicitation regulations.
Door-to-Door Sales Representative Qualifications
• Previous experience in door-to-door sales, telecommunications, residential security, home services, retail sales, or other customer-facing sales roles is considered an asset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule in the field.
• Resilient, positive, and able to overcome objections with professionalism.
• Experience using CRM software and mobile sales applications is considered an asset.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Ability to provide professional references that demonstrate your work ethic, attitude, and reliability.
