If you are seeking a job where you can make an impact, this one is for you! As part of our Health Care  Watch Response Team you will need to observe patients who may be a threat to themselves and other people around them, at all times and ensure the safety of kids, families, and staff.  You will also be cross trained at various health care sites to pick up open shifts at various health care sites .A great way to contribute to making your community safer!

We are looking for individuals who are going to be available to work  during day shifts  and  would be  available to go in on short notice calls. We provide people with growth opportunities. 30% of our frontline employees are promoted to become part of our operation teams.

What does What does a Health care Security Guard in Winnipeg do?

• Protect patients, member of the public, hospital staff, as well as their belongings and public assets
• Sitting for long period of times
• Dealing with Elderly people
• Enforce safety procedures and standards
• Intervene during emergency / crisis situations
• Write daily reports and incident reports
• Perform any other tasks requested by your supervisor

Qualifications to become a health care Security Guard ?

• Available to go in on Short Notice calls during days 
• Must have Full Driving License 
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
• High school education or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility in schedule
• Must remain calm and able to handle pressure
