As a Healthcare Access Control Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service, Team work  and Access control since you will be working with people all shift, in a Hospital environment

Responsibilities for Healthcare Access Control Security Guard

• Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Check identification and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents

Qualifications for Healthcare Access Control Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
