As a Hospital Security Guard ( Break Relief ) , there is a high focus on customer service , Team work  and Access control since you will be working with people all shift, in a Hospital environment

Responsibilities for Hospital Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Access control duties ( Checking ids, dealing with contractors, liaising with the building management etc. )
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Provide break relief to Security guards posted at different posts
• Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property 
• Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
• Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
• Monitor access of entryways and exit points 

Qualifications for Hospital Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
