Responsibilities for Office Building Security Guard

• Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity
• Conduct interior patrols using a G-Track device
• Monitor access control and ensure only authorized individuals enter the site
• Respond to emergencies including fires, medical incidents, and security breaches
• Follow all site-specific security procedures and protocols
• Utilize technology effectively, including tracking systems and reporting tools

Qualifications for Office Building Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification is an asset
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
