As a Parking Enforcement Security Supervisor, there is a high focus on seamlessly Managing and Motivating a team of trained Parking enforcement Security guards, monitor Parking enforcement responsibilities and ensuring exceptional customer service, since you will be working with people all shift, in Parking environment.

Responsibilities for Parking Enforcement Security Supervisor
- Plan, Manage and Monitor team of highly trained parking enforcement Security guards
- Ensuring that there is a seamless operations and Parking enforcement protocols are followed effectively
- Patrol the campus parking lots ensuring that vehicles have valid parking
- Conducting Foot and Vehicle Patrols
- Arrive at your post on time and in uniform
- Maintain College-provided devices and vehicles in good working order
- Prioritize the safety and protection of residents and visitors
- Be mindful of ways to improve the safety and security of parkers on campus
- Share suggestions and recommendations for improvement with the CPO
- Follow all instructions given to you carefully and thoroughly
- Conduct yourself in a respectful manner
- Maintain accurate and neat reports
- Issue parking tickets using an electronic ticketing system to vehicles illegally parked, expired time, invalid passes or vehicles parked in the wrong lot
- Drive the parking enforcement vehicle provided by the school.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Parking enforcement Security Supervisor
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- Leadership or Supervisory experience ( an Asset)
- First aid certification an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Valid Full Manitoba driver license
- 1 year of driving experience
- Be able to provide clear driving record in past 15 months
- Be Physically fit, and be able to walk around 4 - 6 KMs per day
- Be good with Technologies
