We are currently looking  for  Mobile Security guards to work at one of our Health Care Setting  in Winnipeg. As a member of the GardaWorld team, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of client assets, tenants and visitors to the assignment area in a professional and courteous manner.

What does a Mobile Security Guard do in Winnipeg ?

• Mobile Patrols on site as per post orders and as instructed by Supervisor
• Traffic Control
• Working as a team and report to the onsite supervisor
• Ensuring all doors are closed, and vacant areas have lights off.
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Providing active response, assist EMS, Fire Watch, Pressurized Systems and chemical spills.
• Employee work alone process.
• G-Track Patrolling  will be done as per site orders.
• Between the patrols  parking at a spot mentioned in the site orders.
• Performing Vehicle inspection at the start and end of Shift.
• Documenting/reporting issues using electronic devices.
• Vagrant Removals
• Adhering to all Company standards and Site orders.
• Be a good deportment.
• Providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications to become a Mobile Security Guard in Winnipeg

• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
• Fluent in English, both written and orally
• 1-2 years experience as Security guard in Customer facing  roles 
• Tactical Experience ( An Asset).
• High school education or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License with clear driving record
• Parking Facility for personal car is not available
