We are looking for Full-Time Security Guards to work at one of our Healthcare sites in Winnipeg. As a security guard in the Healthcare sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!

What does a Mobile Patrol Security Guard in the Health Sector do?

• Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, treating every person with respect
• Fluent in French and English
• Provide excellent customer service and access control.
• Patrolling in a variety of settings (Mobile)
• Investigate and report incidents and hazards.
• Monitor and control special events crowd traffic and room access.
• Take action during emergencies as per Gardaworld and USB protocols.
• Report writing and Radio use
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications to become a Mobile Patrol Security Guard in the Health Sector

• Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
• Minimum 1-year driving experience
• Full class 5 drivers license and must be able to provide clean drivers abstract
• Fluent in English, both written and orally
• High school education or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
