P1: Saturday  and Sunday 0700-1500

P2: Monday to Friday 0700-1500

P3: Saturday  and Sunday 1500-2300

P4: Monday to Friday  1500-2300

P5: Saturday  and Sunday  2300-0700

P6: Monday to Friday  2300-0700

Responsibilities for Tactical Office Building Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas.
• Assist tenants by providing requested services.
• Manage access to restricted areas as required.
• Remove unauthorised individuals
• Monitor stairwells and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Conduct exterior checks of building entrances and parking areas.
• Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hours.
• Report every incident and tenant complaint to the client
• Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hour
• Respond to emergencies on a required basis

Qualifications for Tactical Office Building Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Be able to take up temporary position ( Coverage)
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
• Use of Force Cerification (An Asset)
• Comfortable with interacting with unauthorized individuals
• There is no parking facility at the site
