As a Tactical security guard in a Residential Site , you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of Clients for some of the biggest brands out there!

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?
- Maintain a safe and Secure environment
- Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
- Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
- Prevent unauthorized access
- Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
- Perform interior patrols on site according to schedule to determine any unusual activity using G-track device.
- Facilitate ready access to emergency medical personnel upon arrival by holding exterior doors open, summoning elevator and providing instructions to onlookers to clear the general area if a crowd forms in the lobby.
- Daily occurrence reporting
- Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
- Provide Excellent customer service
- Conflict resolution showing empathy and solution
Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg ?
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Must be good with technologies.
- Tactical experience ( Asset)
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to work Nights.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
- PPCT or Use of Force certification is an asset
