We are looking for Full-Time Tactical Security Guard to work at one of our Residential sites in Winnipeg, MB. As a Tactical security guard in a Residential Site , you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of Clients for some of the biggest brands out there!

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?

• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
• Prevent unauthorized access
• Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
• Perform interior patrols on site according to schedule to determine any unusual activity using G-track device.
• Facilitate ready access to emergency medical personnel upon arrival by holding exterior doors open, summoning elevator and providing instructions to onlookers to clear the general area if a crowd forms in the lobby.
• Daily occurrence reporting
• Performing  Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
• Provide Excellent customer service
• Conflict resolution showing empathy and solution 

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg ?

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Must be good with technologies.
• Tactical experience ( Asset)
• Valid  Manitoba Security Guard license
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to work Nights.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
• PPCT or Use of Force certification is an asset
