As an Mobile Security Guard - Area Response Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining safety across multiple sites, providing rapid response and support wherever needed. This mobile position requires strong physical capability, as you will be on the move throughout your shift, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and overseeing environments such as retail locations, commercial properties, and high-traffic areas. Your proactive presence and ability to act quickly will help prevent issues and ensure a secure environment at all times.

Responsibilities for Mobile Security Guard

• Conduct scheduled patrols across assigned locations ( mobile and foot )
• Respond promptly to alarm activations and various types emergency dispatches
• Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws 
• Provide backup support at static sites during incidents or high-risk situations
• Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Complete detailed incident and activity reports after each shift
• Drive company vehicles responsibly and complete vehicle inspections

Qualifications for Mobile Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid BC security license 
• A valid driver's license Class 5 and clean driving abstract - Required 
• First aid certification - OFA 1 - Required
• Minimum 6 months of previous mobile security guard experience - Required
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Ability to drive, stand and walk throughout shift
